Built the enterprise operations data model in Power BI (sourced from Databricks) for the whole operations team — adopted from front-line ops up to VP, GM, and Director level for daily decision-making across ~$1B in annual revenue.
Designed a Volume Analysis module surfacing insights the business never had before — wait time, average flow rate, and revenue per GL account — exposing throughput bottlenecks and margin drivers.
Delivered company-wide sales inflation and cost-of-service-per-cube analysis — benchmarking Canadian cost indexes (chemical, natural gas) up nearly 20% year-over-year against pricing — to inform a price increase that protected margins from erosion.
Built a comprehensive cost-of-service data model and Power BI reporting giving sales and operations first-time cost and process-waste visibility; engineered financial reporting on Dynamics 365 + Power BI.
Built a Python web-scraping automation for the hedging team pulling electricity-rate data into a Prefect pipeline on AWS (Secrets Manager) for ESG and hedging analysis.

Delivered a fleet-wide (205 rigs) rig-specification dashboard in Power BI used company-wide and externally to enable rig sales.
Engineered a fleet-wide compliance dashboard comparing engineering recommendations to live rig data for regulatory compliance.
Built an Evergreen emissions-reporting dashboard (CO₂, CH₄, NO₂) aggregating 1-second battery and generator sensor data in Snowflake.
